If you haven't watched Australia, you're crazy.
So today Ron arrived from Brisbane/UK! (I dunno where he's come from but point is that he's back home)
I woke up for a drama rehearsal at school, then I stayed at home for the entire day.
I'm busy building up my art portfolio now; I remembered what Mr Sairi said.
That having good drawing skills requires practice.
So I did just that, I experimented with a few markers and pens but I thought the sketches I made were horrendous (except for a butterfly that I drew) and they went straight into the bin.
I did practice somemore though, I went outside and drew a sketch of a metal rose on the deck.
I probably spent half an hour with my butt all squeezed into that small wooden chair, straining my back and finishing 8/9 of the sketch.
The shading's a teeny bit off but it still looks kinda similar to the real object.
I figured that I'd practice cuz I don't want my standard of sketching to drop any further, and we're having some drawing lessons in art class next week.
"Bring your drawing paper and pencils next week!"
:) So I'm just starting to warm up these rusty fingers so that they'll be able to create beautiful sketches soon!
About the diet plan: Ron told me so many things about it today!
He suggests that I go to Borders to get a diet book to understand it fully so I won't be following it blindly.
We might go get it one of these days at Borders, since he's leaving on Wednesday.
WTF FACT: This diet plan, if used on a long-term basis, could give me kidney stones. WTF!!
So Ron suggests I follow it for 3 months, try out Weight Watchers for 3 months, get a personal trainer for the next 3 months and so on until my body gets used to these good habits.
Also, I shouldn't gobble my food because I block my stomach from sending my brain signals that I'm already full.
It's like a delay of 15 minutes and by that period of time, I would've eaten a horse.
Dad, Mom and Ron are out for dinner now, so I'll probably write notes down to remember and they shall be pasted on The Sanctuary's wall!
So.. *taps fingers*.. there you see me camwhoring!
Hahaha I plan to try out "smokey eyes" when I'm free or when I'm going clubbing some day when I'm older.
I also want to get Revlon's waterproof mascara and glitter eyeliners of different colours and lastly, hot pink eyeshadow!
All this has to be bought with my savings. So till then!
Oh yes, the kiwi is now officially my favourite fruit.
Because it's pretty, sweet, authentic and juicy.
I'm feeling really relaxed today because everything has been going at a cool pace and the weather outside is a miraculous 27 degrees.
