I attended NYDS in the morning, as usual.
This week we didn't have the studio, we had the stage outdoors.
It was tiring this week, because of the heat.
Afterwards I took a taxi to Marina Square to meet Darren and Ryan.
They were laughing over the Green Goblin in Burger King.
It was some guy who shouted for no reason, probably because of a mental disorder.
It's amazing to see these people walking the streets of Singapore alone, they have a courage to face the public and the community.
They can't really control when they're gonna act up again, yet they live life fearlessly.
Ryan started counting down to when he'd shout again. LOL!
Yeah then we walked to Peninsula to choose my guitar.
Presenting...!
My very first Maestro (made in Singapore) sunburst acoustic guitar!
To have her in The Sanctuary's is God's blessing, really.
(In case you don't know what The Sanctuary is, it's what I named my room two years ago, inspired by Simon Webbe.)
It was a tough decision.
There was a dark blue one with a black pick guard.
But it didn't sound as bright as the sunburst one.
Actually I fell in love instantly with Dark Blue but Sunburst's sound made me buy her.
I shall name my guitar "Sunburst'.
Daren says I'm mad because I talked to the guitar.
No I didn't, they talked to me first! Sunburst winked at me!
Yeah then we strolled all the way to Central, found out that 961 went in the wrong direction and I hopped on a taxi which cost me $16.90 for the entire ride.
At least I got onto a taxi; luckily God didn't put me on 961 - He made the bus driver drive off :)
Tuition in a little while more.
I need to catch some sleep.
I love you, Sunburst.
You are my wonderwall.
(And so are my band mates.)
