Last night, Pa had a blast.
It was his birthday dinner and it was also the first time that Will, Ron and Da Ge got together after so long.
It's rare that the 3 of them should be in Singapore at this time.
Ron's going back on Sunday afternoon ):
I also got to meet Diana after so long. Iloveyou, sis :)
So yeah, I said my speech and played the guitar.
I strummed pretty fast because I was nervous.
It was cool, I guess, everybody who likes English and understands the language appreciated it immensely and I'm sure Pa did too.
Moreover it was my first performance with my guitar, althoughI played the wrong chords at some parts because my fringe was blocking my view, hahah.
The POA paper's done and over with, I hope I pass.
I got pissed off with the last question so I kinda threw away 5 marks out of 7.
Kelvin threw away 20 because he got frustrated, goodness :)
Ah well, after that I called the house and Ron answered; said he was going with Will to make Will's suit for some lecture back in Liverpool.
So obviously, I broke out of my annoyed mood and was delighted to be able to go out with them.
Being in school was KILLING me - I was watching them play Monopoly.
And definitely with the sort of tension in the atmosphere due to uncalled conflicts, I got incredibly impatient, so I took the bus 111 to Far East, where I met up with the 'students' (retarded policy for 1.making suits 2.haircuts that Ron implemented).
So Ron, Will and I walked to Wheelock Place and had lunch at Sakae Sushi.
It was pleasant :) I had a good lunch with them.
Later they went off to the toilet, so I went into Star Three Sixty, a famous Japanese shoe shop, like Converse.
I fell in love with this shoe that costs around $131, but it's a half size smaller than my feet.
Somehow they looked as if they fit just fine, but they didn't feel that way.
I want them, I'll just risk my feet of having blisters.
They sell plasters everywhere anyway :) I just hope that my results will be good enough to 'redeem' them.
I just wished that money wasn't such an .. issue.
It's a really beautiful shoe but somehow, I wish it was priced at about, $70?
There's a silvery Nike shoe with a pink tick that Melina showed me at Queensway that I want to wear to school, but Charmaine from drama got it already.
*WALAO EH*
I need punkier shoes, outstanding Li ling shoes.
Anyway, I met Cara at Wheelock too, with Alyssa Kau, my long-lost TLL friend! :D
I hung out with them at Fish&Co. and chewed mints while watching Alyssa eat her Coriander Catch and Cara very messily eating her Fish & Chips.
Then they went off with their MGS schoolmates, so I took a cab home.
Physics paper on Monday, Chinese listening on Tuesday.
Exams aren't that tough, I've realised.
This crash-studying-therapy makes me feel more mature already.
Right now I'm going to post pretty photos of cupcakes.
It'll be before this post, probably. (I posted this on 9.05.08, Dad's exact birthday date.)
But, indulge!
I love Gabriel by Lamb :)
