Buries her soul in one embrace.

So I watched Narnia, Prince of Caspian at The Cathay last night with fellow churchies.
It was long-awaited, seriously, my week was starting to bore me to tears.
I went off with a very heavy heart because my phone was left in Mom's car.
John, Gerald, Charmaine, Cara, Ryan, Daniel and Byron were there.
We ate Pepper Lunch! Cara showed me her gliding moves.
They were hilarious, Charmaine was trying to catch up with two nutcases.
Time was running out, so we took 174 to Plaza Singapura.. then Cathay.. yeah yeah.
I went crazy for the entire bus ride, I hadn't felt THAT happy for the entire week.
I was indulging in EXCITEMENT and FRIENDLY SWEAT :D
Okay, not too scary for the little kiddies reading my post.
We waited for Ryang who 'really ran' to pass the lady at the counter the movie tickets.
He was sweating like a FLOODGATE. And he found his air-con vent to stand under while we took the escalator up to the 6th floor! :)
Actually, upon waiting for him, I tried to disturb a little China boy playing Habbo Hotel (but failed miserably because he didn't look disturbed at all, but he was showing off his "Habbo skills").
Then we saw Ryan Koh's friend. OH OH. And Ryan Koh has something on his RIGHT ARM.
It's supposed to be SEXY but it's PLASTIC-Y.
So anyway, in the movie I sat in between Cara and Charmaine.
Narnia was like. woah.
So there was a part in the movie where the Narnians and the 4 main leads had to break into their enemy's castle to do some shiz.
Their battle plan looked so good at first, but they failed in the end.
Since Narnia is a Christian movie, it really portrayed the message that 'No matter how strong your battle strategy may be, without God, you'll still fail.'
And they lost half their army.
Narnia also let me know how important it is to have faith.
That God (Aslan) always has the last say.
Lucy was the only one who could see Aslan in the woods for she had faith.
She seeked him.
'Whoever seeks will find it.'
Find that familiar?
That's what Jesus said in the Bible.
Lucy had child-like faith. She didn't need to see Him or needed proof that He was there.
She believed that He was there all along.
When Lucy dreamt of Aslan, I cried, because looking at that majestic yet gentle lion was like looking at the Lord. And his laughter melted my heart too:)
How much more beautiful seeing God in Heaven will be.
Narnia was awesome. Just awesome, so much better than the first one.
We're gonna watch all the Narnian series together, churchies.
So after that, Ryang treated us all to Starbucks and John gave me a lift home.

xoxo, L
