Had church, and left for our very first jamming session at Bugis.Our band includes of: Me, Martin, Darren, Quan and Keane.
Oh yesh it was loads of fun. (I was so excited that I got onto the wrong train!)
Everything worked out okay, just that the colours in the room were mismatched and Quan kept screwing up.
And the air-conditioner wasn't making the room cold enough.
But overall, it was fun.
Darren's got a good voice eh! HAHAH.
We played Face Down for like, 8 times? And each time we played, it got better and better.
Next week we're playing My Heroine and Misery Business.
Yeah then Mimi, Mannan and a Jap guy came.
Only Leslie and Angel weren't there, if not it could've been all of us :)
I didn't see Mannan for so long.
Yeah so we listened to Quan's band play Boston; couldn't stop laughing.
I sang until my voice got tired.
Eventually we left and went to the Bugis Junction food court to eat.
Later we took 175 and laughed at Just For Laughs on TV Mobile.
Whooosh then I got down, told my Mom I had cancelled tuition and took 174 home.
I missed the committee meeting at church.
I promise ya'll I won't miss it for anything else anymore!
Yeah and Fusion owned.
We were jumping and dancing like mad at the last part.
Maybe people think worship is too noisy.
But it wasn't about the noise/music, it was about who we were jumping for.
Oh, and the sermon was good. It brought me down on my knees, even though I wasn't crying, my spirit was.
It's okay that we've got 'holes' in our lives, we're all imperfect.
Because His Light is gonna shine through those 'holes', so His works may be displayed in our lives.
Because God said we're made strong in our weaknesses.
So it's okay.
I say God says

Sometimes it doesn't seem like Your love is enough, Lord.
But in those times, You ask me to try.
To try to get back to You, to try to get more intimate with You.
I fall, Lord. And I fall so quickly- but I'll never crash.
Because You're there.
You were, are and gonna be there.
Throughout all eternity.
